The Loden Garage (Propark)

Update: got charged for yet another month automatically. It seems they can’t purge credit card info from their system even though my subscription is supposedly terminated. It is impossible to cancel a monthly membership here. I was charged for an extra month after calling, emailing, and telling the garage manager in person that I would be departing at the end of January. When I asked the manager for a refund, he said he would handle it that day but never did. I also cannot delete my credit card off my account or cancel auto-pay through the website, so I may continue to get charged next month if I’m not able to resolve this issue. Would avoid signing up for a monthly subscription here.

I can imagine very few people can say the had a positive experience at a Parking Garage, but I’m here to tell you it happened to me. We had a complication with an App at 6:00 AM on Saturday morning. The attendant following the processes wasn’t able to resolve the problem, but he took the initiative to connect me with the manager. While the solution was outside the norms, the team at ProPark was able to identify the solution and resolve the problem quickly. My experience with ProPark exceeded my expectations and I’m grateful for their responsiveness.

Charged me for a full month of parking after I had left and told them I was not planning to renew/would like the parking plan cancelled.

Excellent garage with many high-end cars parked here. It is on one level, no elevators or ramps to deal with (except the entrance). Nice staff who know me and always get my car right away. I don't imagine this garage will have space for long, due to its prime location. The only negative is that dust comes in from the construction site across the street, but as this area is undergoing massive changes, it is to be expected. Still far better than being on the street, especially during the recent storms.
