Wow!!! Bobby and his entire staff are amazing and absolutely deliver. This team assisted us with a basement remodel (everything from flooring needs to stair treads/risers) and not only was the product recommendations outstanding...the service was even better! Every person that stepped into our home ensured they delivered with excellence. I HIGHLY recommend Bobby and his crew for ALL of your flooring needs. We have since shopped with them for area rugs and they beat all the local competition and again...I know I'm going to receive quality product and service. Thank you to Bobby and his entire team!!

We had another great experience working with Logan! She gave us time to consider our choices; we never felt pressured. We have worked with her before on other home projects and were happy to work with her again. We have already started talking about the next project, but we know she will let us take our time making the right decisions that are best for us. Logan is great!!

The Lodge (M&S Flooring Design Center) is a fantastic place to get tile that integrates beautifully into kitchen and bathroom projects. Bobby and Logan have been incredibly helpful through 2 tiling projects in our house, and they are true professionals. Logan's eye for colors and design ideas pulled together a fantastic bathroom remodel with daring colors using multiple material types - including pieces that were not their products. They definitely care about customer satisfaction with the entire project. They are very responsive and kept in frequent communication throughout the processes, and also worked with our installers to make sure everything was ready on time. In addition, they were sensitive to budget considerations, resulting in gorgeous projects at reasonable prices.

We used the the Lodge for doing two rooms of carpet in our house and were impressed with the communication, the work, and the follow up checking to see that we were happy a few days after the install. We just called them for another project and we are excited to work with them again.

5+++ stars! M&S put LVP down on most of our first floor. A+ experience from beginning to end. Would work with them again anytime. Highly recommend.
