Parked for the Wild game and the garage attendant swiped my card twice and my fiance's card twice saying it didn't go through and made us pay cash and when I checked my bank account it showed as pending so now I need to dispute the charges. Very annoying. Park anywhere else.

Avoid at all costs - complicated payment process. Was charged 3x and the payments were different prices. Customer service was slow but decent. Nice area, park across the street or get valet at The Intercontinental.

$200 per month for daily valet hassle adding 15 minutes to your commute, debris dirtying your car, and numerous instances of theft. Worst ramp in Saint Paul.

Single worst parking experience I have ever had. It took over 30 minutes stuck in our parking spot due to the exit line not moving. The only reason we got out when we did was because everyone started working their way backwards to get out. If thousands of people are paying $20/ spot, add some additional assistance to speed up the exit process.

DO NOT PARK HERE! I park here against my better judgment because I was in a rush and neglected to remove $20 from my car cup holder. When I got back I explicitly looked for it and it was gone. I mentioned it to the guy who returned my car but he wasn’t the same guy that parked it. He said that I must be confused it I am 100% positive that it was there. Do not park here unless you want your items stolen.
