The Maids in Miami

SIGNIFICANT PROPERTY DAMAGE & UNPROFESSIONAL HANDLING FROM OWNER I would give zero stars if I could. I hired The Maid of Miami for cleaning services, and the experience resulted in severe and costly damage to my home. During the visit, one of the three maids cleaned my 15-foot impact windows spanning approximately 40 feet using a mop. I personally walked past the cleaner as I was exiting my condo when this began, and two additional witnesses inside the unit also observed the tool being used. These are high-end impact glass windows, which require specialized care. As a result, every window is now scratched, with visible swirl patterns from the mop yarn embedded across the glass. The damage is extensive and clearly visible, leaving what were once beautiful living room windows looking terribl
