Can I give no stars - terrible customer service and responsiveness, HIGHLY recommend going with a different business for flooring needs. SO BAD! This was related to the owner's other business...trust me, if he's even half as bad as he is in his flooring business...you are in for a ROUGH ROUGH TIME. Just lies to you and leads you on and it's just excuse after excuse. HAS NO CLUE HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS.
My rugs and floors have never been cleaner. Josh did an excellent job. Took extra care with some difficult areas. Have had the rugs cleaned with another national company and they don't compare with the Masters Touch.
Excellent work! Would recommend this company to all my friends and family.
Outstanding carpet cleaning , I would highly recommend !!!
