I reserved a spot online through the Spot Hero app. The young man who parked my car was very friendly and helpful. You saw I was having a little problem walking so he pointed me to the elevator. He also gave me a passcode in case I got back after midnight in case the performance I was attending ran too long. On my return to pick up my car, the attendant gave me my keys and moved. The car that was blocking mine was not as friendly. He seemed kind of annoyed. But he was professional in his duty. He took care of my ticket and he pointed me to the exit. The cars are parked very close to each other! Even I had to squeeze in and fold my mirror. I am not a big guy and I'm surprised the second attendant could fit. My car was in good shape and nothing was missing. The garage itself was tidy. There

Booked on SpotHero. Easy in and easy out to 93. Use this garage frequently as I have a family member in the hospital. Staff is always friendly, efficient, and very helpful. I always feel safe here me and my car single female and staff is on site. Sometimes I’ll go explore the city and the rates for this garage are pretty spot on.

I never thought I'd be reviewing a parking garage, but I was shopping around for one before arriving to Boston for the weekend, and I actually appreciated the few reviews there was. This garage was the best priced, had a (mandatory) valet service and is open 24 hours. It's a win in my books. When I arrived, I was exhausted from the drive, so I was glad I didn't have to park the car myself in a small parking space (which I was dreading). I just left my key with the employee and they took care of it. The staff was very nice, and the location is safe. I left something of value in the trunk and it was there upon my return nearly 3 days later. There was no issue with my car either. I'd use this service again if I go back to Boston.

This parking garage was very convenient for pricing on weekends and it’s close to venues. Only $10 for up to 12 hours on weekends. It’s full valet and the guys were quick, but drove my car a little too fast so I give it 4 stars. Overall better than expected. I swiped my card in a kiosk after scanning my ticket and was out of there. I’d park here again.

Nice valet parking. You can trust them with your car knowing it’s safe.
