An outstanding experience is the only way I can describe the service, installation, and how happy we are with the sliding glass door that we bought through the Mintz Company. The Mintz Company Salesman Zach never once pushed any decision making, being only informative, helping guide us to what we think was by far the best purchase that we could have made. I shopped extensively. Our door is a Soft-Lite manufactured in Streetsboro, OH. We have an odd opening size, and needed to custom order our door which was made promptly. Zach was over to our home several times, as I was a bit timid about the purchase after a bad experience with a big box store. I have lived in my Shaker Heights home for 53 years and I always wanted a garden window. For my 80th birthday I contracted with this company to install The window above my kitchen sink. The installation was meticulous and it brought my whole kitchen to life. I would recommend this company to everyone . It was the best birthday present to myself. 😊

I had excellent service from the Mintz Window company, who replaced my old casement windows with new double-hung windows. Zack was very helpful during the planning process since I hadn’t done anything like this before. On the installation day, the crew arrived bright and early as promised and worked straight through until the job was done in the afternoon. Even though it was raining part of the time, they did the necessary outdoor work without hesitation. And they cleaned up everything nicely and hauled away the old windows. The new windows look great! I recommend Mintz highly.

I am very happy with the Mintz company.From the beginning when Zack came to give me an estimate through installation everything was great.I had gotten quotes from some of the bigger name companies and had to endure the ridiculous sales pitches and games to get a price. With Zack it was straight forward and honest, he showed me the products and gave me a good price so I hired them. Zack kept in touch during production and when the install date came he was there to check progress and make sure I was happy. The installation crew was fantastic and professional, they installed 7 windows and a sliding door.They look great and operate perfectly, they even repaired some damaged flashing I had on an existing door. I highly recommend this company.

The Mintz Company is locally owned and been around for years. They are a pleasure to work with. The whole process was so smooth beginning to end. No high pressure sales pitch, great prices and the workmanship was second to none! Even after the job was complete the service and follow up was fantastic. For example, I noticed a small hole is one of the screens a few days after install. I reached out to Zack to tell him about it. He said he noticed the hole on his final walkthrough and a new screen was already on order. Try getting that kind of service from a large window company!!! If you're in the market for windows I recommend you call The Mintz Company!
