The showroom is the best thing this place has going. Not very friendly and concerned about customer service, so don’t expect follow up. They quoted the job and we had so much leftover tile so they are not good at measuring or they just want to charge folks more. Didn’t communicate with their Hispanic team and relay what walls and niches needed to be done Won’t follow up on grout issues, chipping and wrong colors used. Asked them to finish a wall, not interested in doing that. Poor service thru the entire process and also very rude. Don’t recommend them at all!

We had NEC do several of our rooms and stairs in hardwoods last year and were very pleased with the results. We then had them finish off the rest of our house so that it would be hardwood throughout. Thrilled with how the work turned out.

I had flooring put throughout my house in 2022, a new construction home. Within, days we started to have problems with the flooring. Apparently, they did not lay down a moisture barrier before putting down the planks. It has been 8 months and still no solution to our problem. The planks are lifting up and curving. We paid 8k!!! We have made various phone calls and text messaging with no solution. I even spoke to the owner, and he did nothing not even an apology. Now we are having problems with mold and my son is getting sick often. Any suggestions????

Enjoyed working with Abby & the crew on our bathroom project. It took a little longer expected, but you can expect that in order to get things like you want it. Great communication from Abby keeping us updated. Calls returned promptly & their price beat out 2 other companies.

Mia Martinez in Customer Service is unreliable. She told me and my husband on different occasions the installers would be at our house in the a.m. but day of, were notified they would come later in the day. Also, she sent us a quote and later said they needed more money for corner molding and for moving furniture. We pointed out to her both prices were included in her email quote. Very bad and stressful experience. Will not be using this company for future projects.
