The store is amazing. Great for everyone, but especially those on a budget but still wanting quality products and service. The selection was great and I was able to find the perfect washer/dryer combo. James was very helpful and secured me a great deal. Delivery is easy and quick with great availability! I would highly recommend James and the store!

They came to pick up our old washer and dryer as I was getting a new set delivered the next day. Well, when Best Buy did not notify me that the dryer was still on back order until after the delivery window had passed - Keller Appliance graciously brought back the old dryer so I would have one until the new one arrives - now in another month. Their responsiveness and service have been the best. Definitely recommend this business.

We asked to have an old washer and dryer hauled away and The Original Keller Appliance got it done. They were very pleasant and easy to deal with. Arrived on time and were very cordial. I highly recommend them.

They say buy within your city to support small business. Ok I bought a dishwasher. First now purchased del. Offered. This is del. With No uninstall, No install. So now price plus Plummer bill oh yes and Electrician because unit hard wired to house (built 1984) All done installed. Does Not Work. Ok keller Appliance says we will come get it but if not the unit then charge 50$ for picking it up. This is a unit sold, del. And dead all within a week of purchased. I got electrician to test wires all good so he capped off and I called for pu. They come to pu and water lines still connected so driver said je does do anything but pu and del. Today Monday awaiting plumber to disconnect then again keller,I hope to pick up then to make it right. All this said I should have bought where hook up and de

This is a great place! I needed a fridge & got a good deal on a used fridge. The young man working on Sunday before Thanksgiving was so nice & helpful. I also want to give a shout out to the delivery guy Thurman for delivering the fridge. He was so nice.
