If all companies were as excellent as Padded Wagon, we would all be happy consumers! We have used PW for at least 4 times, most recently from NY to CA, with Mike and his team on both ends. Every step from review, packing and receiving/unpacking was efficient, competent and explained carefully. The whole teamwork and process were seamless. We LOVE The Padded Wagon. Mike and the team are wonderful. Our company most recently engaged their services for a significant undertaking as our office space/suite in SoHo underwent a major renovation that spanned from August-December 2025. Not only were we required to clear out the space in its near entirety in advance of the renovations in August, but we also needed to transport the vast majority of our furniture and equipment to another (temporary) office space in the area. Overflow items were separated and transported between two separate off-site storage locations. Post-construction in December, The Padded Wagon returned to pack and transport everything back to the renovated space. The Padded Wagon is best-in-class. They have helped me with serious logistic issues with moving, storage and reconfiguration of spaces. They are extremely responsive and have been able to get me help with last minute requests during weekends and off-hours. After having several mediocre to poor moving experiences, what a delight Padded Wagon was! Their response to me, by email or phone, was always within minutes. Padded Wagon's bid was quite fair, their staff were very punctual and polite, and their work quality was outstanding. Their packers/unpackers worked quickly but carefully, and we had no breakage at all.
