Joe at the Paint Doctor was amazing to work with! We were in and out of town multiple times, and he worked with our schedule to make sure everything was completed thoroughly. This is the second time we have used The Paint Doctor and both have been wonderful experiences. Thanks Joe! We were very happy with the entire house painting process, which we were nervous about for such a large expense! Brian's initial walk-through / quoting was very informative, and addressed more questions than we even knew to ask. Their material showing each step of the process, what products they would be using, and how their guarantees and warranties worked were helpful when comparing their quote to others we received. After signing the contract (side note: this company does not collect any money until all work is completed) we had a consultation with another employee to pick our colors. The paint Doctor came by. We went through expectations and he described their process for a full exterior repaint. He let me know that they go through chalk, sand, and prep the entire surface of the house. They would also cover the driveway, deck, and sidewalk to protect against any drips. Windows would be taped up and so would the front door. They would also come through the day before and power wash everything. They were more expensive than the competition, but he explained they use a higher durability pai no t as well as included a 12 year transferable warranty. The ratings were good on the various sites. We found Brian to be very responsive and professional. He gave us a bid that we accepted right then and the job of restaining our backyard fence was completed just a few days later. We found the painters to be very quick, thorough and efficient. Our fence looks great and we couldn’t be happier with the competency of The Paint Doctor crew! Great paint job on the interior of my home. Everything was very timely and everyone at Paint Doctor were so helpful and informative throughout the whole process. It was impressive how Joe picked up and remembered all of our verbal details and put it into a contract so quickly. The clean-up process at the end of the job was also terrific.
