The Paint Kings

Paint Kings is contracted with Richmond American for my new build home and I was extremely disappointed with both the quality of their work and the professionalism of their crew. The finished work was riddled with issues: there were noticeable paint runs on the walls and door trims, and the paint was visibly cracked in several areas. Additionally, paint was left on hinges while other areas behind the hinges were completely unpainted. Tight corners, baseboards, and areas near the ceiling were missed entirely. To add insult to injury, there were unsightly paint splatters on the tile, grout, and carpet, and even the light fixtures throughout the home were stained with paint. Very nice people. Well done job. David Alvarez did a fantastic job at touch-ups. Explained things to us as we went. He was also very respectful of property, very polite. 10/10, would recommend.

They did an OK job for what they were paid. Several spots/areas missed that I touched up myself. The workers were nice, however, showed up smelling like weed and had to go take care of that issue throughout the day. Not what I appreciate in my home and not sure if the company cares...it is legal right? I just thought it was unprofessional.

Extremely concerning behavior from a Paint Kings employee. While walking with my children in the Buffalo Wild Wings parking lot, a driver in a clearly marked company vehicle accelerated toward us in an aggressive and reckless manner. The driver was a Caucasian older man with white hair and a beard, accompanied by a younger male passenger. This was an employee representing the company. This conduct was terrifying and completely unacceptable. People should be cautious about using a company whose employees behave this aggressively in public spaces, especially around families. I hope Paint Kings takes this seriously before someone gets hurt.

At 1 of my properties, I heard the supervisor having inappropriate conversations withemployee's. There was a supervisor named Luis Leon Insulting and sexually harassing his employee's I was embarrassed for the employee's. I did not like it at all. As a woman, if I heard anyone talking to me like that, I would be completely offended. I don't appreciate that kind of behavior and I will not rehire this company to paint my properties anymore.
