This place is wonderful. Prices are really affordable and they have everything for excellent Top Ramen nights! Staff is wonderful and generous.
The ticket got stuck in the machine at the exit when I was trying to pay (It said ticket jam). None of the buttons for assistance worked. After 30 mins. I finally saw a car leaving with a key card and asked him if he could help me so he told me to the building across the street (the palace) where the receptionist had cameras but had not come to help me. At the end, he was able to help me but it was just a long process
Payment machine was broken, error printing the ticket, so i had to pay for a lost ticket ($15). No support on site, help buttons never answered, now at home search for the site, no phone numbers, no emails, no website...
