The Parking Spot Sepulveda

I wanna say this is definitely better than Wally Park! Easy to find parking, signs direct you to where you need to go and the staff is so much better than Wally Park hands down. I had the same bus driver going to LAX and then coming back and he was amazing, unfortunately I forgot his name but I think his name was Andrew. He greeted me, helped me with my luggage and then as he was driving to LAX, he ask everyone on board what airline they were taking to verify. Very pleasant and professional. As you can tell by now, I had a horrible experience at WallyPark but The Parking Spot really saved me!!

As soon as my family and I arrived to the airport shuttle pickup area in the early morning, we were warmly welcomed by Rochelle. She provided us great service by assisting us with our luggage and a safe ride to our airline stop. Highly recommend!

Parked here for a quick trip and it worked out great. Arrived at 3:30AM and there was a shuttle waiting so I was parked and at the terminal in minutes. On my return, a shuttle arrived seconds after I got to the pickup spot. When you see the shuttle, wave to the driver so they know you’re there for them since the pickup spot is shared with other companies. (Also, make sure it’s for the Sepulveda spot.) All the staff was very kind and the booking process and entry/exit was very smooth.

The shuttle dropped me off and picked me up pretty quickly, so I wasn't nervous about catching or missing my flight. Both drivers were very helpful with my suitcase and made sure to remind customers about the free water, which always came in clutch. My car was safe andI never had to worry the whole trip. Getting in and out was easy. You can also walk to In & Out next door to get your burger fix easily without worrying about parking either while getting a great view of planes coming and going. Extra bonus!

Maybe avoid during the week around noon? I waited 33 minutes for a shuttle to pick me up to head to the terminal. Two employees were sitting at the desk with all windows closed. Nobody called to mention a delay, summon a driver, or manage expectations. Now looking at maybe 45 minutes from waiting for a shuttle to get to the terminal?
