My house had a very bad dog smell due to a few times when the dog came in and vomited on the carpet. I couldn't remove it even with large amounts of bleach and cleaners, so I had to call a cleaning company. Phoenix Steemer did a very good job on my carpet and removed all the smells. The pricing was cheap and to be honest, was extremely good for its price. 10/10 would use this service again.
I called during the weekend when everyone closed after my kids party, big mess! Anyhow, The worker name is Steven and he did a very good job. Very nice guy! They asked for what they quoted on the phone. No hidden cost. I like it!
