The Planted Stone Landscape and Hardscape

We hired this wonderful crew to completely overhaul our backyard, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Oscar was professional, punctual, and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. He helped us choose the right plants for our climate and created a layout with stones that worked beautifully. The whole project was done on time and within our budget. We’ve had so many compliments from neighbors already! Highly recommend him to anyone looking for top-notch landscaping.

When we got here in 2021, our backyard except for a pool, was a wasteland of clay soil, pathetic bermuda grass and one vitex tree. The backyard was where all the excess water of the whole neighborhood would collect, so every time it rained we would have 1-2 inches of standing water for a week. Our goal was to get the drainage issue under control and to put a garden of mostly native grasses and native plants. Planted Stone Landscape was totally on board with the concept. Oscar had his crew put French drains throughout the backyard and the standing water disappeared. Then, they rototilled the ground with compost and we planted black berries ,herbs and vegetables, native Texas grasses and plants, put in gravel pathways and a frog pond. Oscar and his crew transformed our very average backyard into a place we love to sit, relax and entertain. He was on site for the entire job and made sure everything turned out as expected! 5 stars all around. We liked Oscar’s work so much we asked him to design our front yard. Just as happy if not happier than the work he did for us a few months ago!

WOW what a phenomenal job by Oscar and his team. Oscar is SUCH a nice person to work with. He took my idea and had great suggestions and designed something beautiful for us. We went from boring grass to a lovely large garden that will be amazing as the plants grow in! He will do everything he can to make sure you get the best result possible and really wants to make his clients happy. Plus he's a genuinely very nice guy! His prices are fair and his team is incredibly efficient and fast. Really great guys and I'm already looking forward to our next project where we can work with Oscar again!
