The Plaza Parking Garage

DON'T PARK HERE! Went in to park and drove around for 15 minutes, but every spot was either taken or reserved/valet only. Got charged on the way out. Called support because I never even left my car. Support tried to tell me that there were spots on the 8th floor despite me just being there. Eventually they hung up and I had to pay to leave.

This parking garage is a total SCAM, they put a booth in my car because they said I was parked in reversed. However, there’s no signs anywhere that said that. They charge $65 to remove the boot plus they charge extra to get out of the parking because by the time you get to your car the ticket you paid is only valid for 20min.

The garage is a maze with minimal signage. Exits for pedestrians and vehicles both are missing. Entrances to return to your vehicle are not well posted.

Yeah don’t park anywhere it says “Reserved for the Plaza”. It doesn’t matter if you’re actually going to the Plaza. They will boot your car and it’s $60 to take it off. Ridiculously confusing and scummy.

When getting a ticket it reminds you not to reverse into parking spot. Stayed at hotel, and no problems parking here.
