April 2024 I over paid 18 k for them to leave my yard like this for a year. Still not fixed. They did job without permit so they can give me a small system that failed. They won’t give my my money back and still haven’t fixed it. Called them all summer and never got a call back. They would just keep telling me they will call me when they can finish job. Never happened. Health department told me they over charged me and to let them know when I sue them. I have all the paperwork to prove they robbed me. They still won’t give me my money back. Definitely prejudice towards me and treated me with no respect especially the supervisor for the crew that did job. Drove excavator through neighbors yard ruined their yard. The employees have been a blessing to me. This was the 2nd time I called for help. Both times the gentleman that came out were very helpful! They were not only very knowledgeable, but also didn’t talk to me like a female. They treated me like a person. Chris and Pat were out this last time. They both went above and beyond. Our kitchen sink drain had become almost clogged, even though we'd had it snaked about a year ago...by someone from your company. This time, Don C., the plumber who was sent to us, did a very thorough job, snaking not only from the trap under the sink, but also from the clean out plug in the basement, all the way to the main drainage stack. He was here for almost three hours! From the picture he showed me of the inside of the lower section of the pipe, the previous attempt was obviously not done as thoroughly. There was a decades long buildup of grease, hair and general gunk. He also pointed out that this drain pipe, which crosses from one side of the house to the other, was installed improperly... almost perfectly level. We came home from vacation to a flooded kitchen. We contacted The Plumber Heating and Cooling and William came early the next morning and quickly solved the problem. It was done at a reasonable price considering it was a weekend emergency. Great job and I recommend The Plumber Heating and Cooling!

Two great young men came to check out our furnace that had stopped blowing warm air in the middle of the night. It was a very easy fix for them because we had messed up the installation of the filter. We had filters on hand and they put in a new one. They made sure that our furnace was in good working order and chatted with us for awhile. I will call again if I ever need repairs. I explained to them that I try to call family owned companies because I trust them more. My father owned his own business and I know reputation is very important to its growth. I have been telling everyone what great service we received. Thank you for your help on a very stressful day. We greatly appreciated your help!
