The Plumber - New Construction and Service

After being royally ripped off by Prime Plumbing, I found The Plumber. They do work at my office as well and have always been super reliable. I had sewage back up and called for them to come out, they showed up the very next day and I could not be more pleased. Joan in the office is SO wonderful, as are both the techs (Juan and Steven) that came out to help. Their prices are affordable and I feel very satisfied with the service I received. Lifelong customer now! Thank you so much!!

Reading 2 of these reviews, I am almost certain they cannot be referring to The Plumber I know. They are, and always have been, prompt, friendly, courteous, and respectful, as well as customer-focused. Truly not out to rip you off and are very reasonable with pricing. Scott is the ultimate professional but is also personable snd kind, even taking the time to talk to and pet my dog l. And talking to Joan on the phone is a treat in itself as she can make me laugh when I feel like crying over plumbing issues! I would never dream of using anyone else. And to the person who said “no small jobs”….wrong! All of ours, except the hot water heater replacement, have been small.

Vic helped us with a new construction project. We could not be happier with the easy contact and work done. Everyone was friendly and quick to respond to questions. The work done was perfect. We have no complaints what so ever. Thank you!

Though we had to wait for our new stainless steel kitchen sink and faucet to be installed it was worth it! Scott was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional in his plumbing as was Joan in her assistance on the phone in the office. Thanks to both of you. Highly recommended!
