We had The Plumbing Department come out to address an issue with our condo's water heater and could not have been more impressed with the professionalism and courtesy extended. The owner came out himself to assess and spent so much time with the Board explaining what the issues were and his options for fixing them. We had several bad experiences prior to working with this company and they went above and beyond in making sure we understood what needed to happen, the timeline, the cost, and the why. After having a ton of issues before, we haven't had one since. And they even cleaned up not just their mess, but the entire area they were working in. I cannot recommend them enough. They do a great job with the clear intention of not having to come back and fix something else in a few months.

I hired Jeff for a major plumbing project at my home in Norridge. The project included: installing an ejector pump with two new area drains, supplying and installing all new copper hot/cold water lines (for kitchen, utility sink, water heater, laundry feeds), supplying and installing a new drain/overflow for the tub including a p-trap to new wye fitting at the main stack, fixing existing drains, excavating 25 feet of my rear yard to accommodate a new 4” PVC drain that terminates at a pop-up, descaling a cast iron sewer pipe; installing new Moen faucets in the kitchen and bathroom, as well as a posi-temp kit for the tub; and more. I spent almost two months speaking with 8-10 plumbers and getting quotes. The estimate process was extensive because many of the plumbers were suggesting differen

Excellent experience from start to finish. They replaced my water heater and did a great job explaining the different options available, along with clear pricing for each. There was no pressure, just helpful guidance so I could choose what worked best. The team was friendly, professional, and very easy to work with. The installation was smooth and efficient. Highly recommend!

They were prompt, informative, and did a great job fixing our shower and toilet. They fixed a water pressure issue that had slowly gotten worse since we moved in and did it quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend them and will be reaching out for anything that comes up in the future.

Great quality of services! I had an issue with my shower while the installation was quite complex and a couple of plumbers gave up before I found this company. Their services are little pricey but the plumbers they have are highly qualified and the company per se is well organized. Everything was well communicated, they sent me a plumber quickly and had all documentation in place (I live in the high rise and the work needs to be approved by the building engineer). Overall I can recommend them if you’re looking for a premium service.
