Austin, my main contact, was exceptional—professional, responsive, and truly dedicated to ensuring every detail was perfect. The pool design is stunning, seamlessly blending with our backyard, and the water quality is pristine, thanks to their expert guidance on maintenance. The entire process, from planning to completion, was smooth and stress-free, with Austin’s clear communication keeping us informed every step of the way. This pool has transformed our home into a private oasis, and we’re thrilled with the results!

Going with The Pool Co. was the best decision we could have made for our dream pool/back yard! They were very timely and precise with the construction and completion of this project! Enjoyed working with Austin and Colby on our new pool. Everything turned out beyond our expectations and within the timeframe that was originally quoted. We love our new pool! The Pool Company gave us a timeline and stuck too it. Austin was amazing always answering questions and following through. We have wanted a pool for a long time and always thought it wasn’t possible being that we live an hour away from all the reputable companies. The Pool Company took on the project and worked with us and not once complained about the drive.

We love our new pool! We contacted The Pool Company of Murrells Inlet in late January of this year. Austin was very prompt in all communication. He was very helpful in determining what size and shape we wanted, as well as determining the finishes we would use and equipment that would be needed. We signed the contract on 2/9/24 and they began digging on February 19th! We had a few snags with coping availability but overall pool was complete with water being added by 4/18! All of their team members have been extremely polite and very helpful with questions throughout the entire build.
