The Pool House

Once again The Pool House provided excellent customer service. I did some research on purchasing a robotic pool vacuum for our in ground pool. I went to The Pool House and Nathan gave me the pros and cons of each vacuum. He didn’t try to oversell and allowed me to come to my own conclusion. Quite possibly I could have bought online for slightly less, but not enough difference to out weigh the customer service. Plus, Nathan put the caddy together for me! Shop local and support our independent businesses. This one had t disappointed us!

Five years ago, I had to take over my pool maintenance responsibilities. I had no prior knowledge of what this process would entail. During these past 5 years Nathan Fowler has consistently provided excellent customer service. He is patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. He always offers to carry my heavy products for me. I value his communication skills and his ability to explain what I need to do to keep my pool running effectively. I feel very fortunate to have the Pool House/Fowler family nearby for all my pool needs.

The team at pool house is awesome. They do not try to sell you things that you do not need or rob you with prices. They are very knowledgeable and are always willing to give you advice and help whenever you need. I just used them to close my pool and they walked me through it from start to finish and also advised me on what we will need whenever we decide to open the pool. They steered me in the right direction with balancing my pool all year and again NEVER looked to sell me something I did not need. When they installed my pool cover they cleaned up after themselves and did a phenomenal job. This is *THE ABSOLUTE BEST* pool store in upstate SC! You can't beat their selection, prices, or top-notch customer service. I've visited this store several times over the past summer, and Lauren (and the other store employees!) have always been extremely helpful, patient, kind, and informative. I always leave this store knowing more about pool maintenance than when I walked in, and they always have the exact supplies or services I need to keep our pool in great shape. I've never had a single bad experience at this store -- they simply know how to do it right here. I will continue to come back to this store and highly recommend them to everyone else in the area.
