They are great to work with when you are buying the pool but couldn't give two craps about you after they have your money. The contracted installation service doesn't communicate with you and never delivers on their promise. The installation guy texted me to set a date & time for installation. I responded immediately & he never responded. I had to call the store to get a response. The installer finally called me & set a date & time & then morning of installation he cancels. I didn't hear from him for several days & I had to call the store again. He finally shows up late one evening to get the pool about 35% done & promises to be back the next day. We have had this company open & close our pool for years now. We finally had one small leak on a pipe & they came out to "fix" it. That started leaking again & we were going out of town the day we found it. They came out to "fix" it & the next morning the person watching our home found the pool completely empty! They started filling it immediately but the liner was already ruined. We called to let them know we really like them but they made a mistake & need to fix it. We offered to pay for the liner - although we should not have- & they pay for install. Kathy told my husband no. We also told them it is STILL leaking- the same thing they installed in the Spring. We told them if they wouldn't fix it or come up with a solution we would have to take them to court but we were not looking to bur

I was in search for a pool vacuum. The older woman told me that it was the last one. She had it marked for $250 and said she was gonna do me a favor and take $50 off. When I got the vacuum home to use it, I noticed that the charger cord was not coiled and packed it was in a knot, Then when I explored the rest of the vacuum I noticed it was already used at 1 point, there was still dirt in the unit, the bristles on the brush were used and frayed. I called them back right away to let them know my findings. She informed me just to use it anyway and bring it back for refund. I did explain to her I was taking photos of the entire unit in its entirety. And I will be wanting a refund that's $200 of my money that you have of mine for used item. This is the most honest place you will find. We went in to buy sand for our filter we were told but another pool store to change it every year. Lady there informed us you don’t have to change it every year . She could have sold us the sand and took our money instead she was honest and saved us money. We love coming here. They have the best prices and quality supplies. We bought our son a boat raft that got left outside during the winter and had it almost 10 years . Never had one last this long.He finally out grew it. Definitely recommend this place to any and everyone. Don’t waist your money other places.
