Terry is great, this is an updated review to the first good one. He came back and replaced 3 ceiling fans, fixed electric panel, put in new kitchen lights and added an outlet for us. Very reasonable prices. Since he has been here twice already hubby is now wishing he added a few more items to the list so we will have him back eventually. No high pressure sales. Thanks
