Lorenzo and Rory moved a piano down from a fourth floor walk up and then over to my apartment. Really meticulous and thorough work, with the piano working perfectly and in exactly the same condition as it started. Awesome dudes who were also super friendly and with great taste in music. The best & most affordable moving service in NYC & Queens!! Lorenzo from The ProMovers helped us move from Astoria and it was a fantastic experience. They carefully wrapped all of our furniture. They arrived promptly and prepared. They also disassembled and reassembled our bed which was very helpful. Do not hesitate to use this company for all local NYC moving needs.

Lorenzo and his crew were very professional yet friendly. They were very patient and careful, yet fast. They were super strong. One part of my cat's "tree" did get broken off, but they fixed it. It's probably more secure now than it was before. They set up the main pieces in our bedroom, kitchen and living room, basically helping us decide on how to best design them! Who does that?! ProMovers do. Lastly, they were very fair with their pricing. I would recommend them to anyone who is moving.
