If I could give this no stars, I would. I had a terrible experience parking my vehicle here overnight. I was staying close by and seeing a show at Lincoln Center. It seemed like the perfect location. When I went to pick up my car and end up waiting over 25 minutes. I watched as a large crowd of people around me who came after me, all received their vehicles and went on their way. I watched as a woman complained about her car who had been there way after me. And was treated so kindly and Hunter vehicle brought to her. I asked the same person where are my car was and he shouted at me that it was coming. I replied he didn't even know what car was talking about. But he said he did cuz he had rang me up. Absolutely abhorrent- do not park here. Waited 40 min for our car (which they forgot about) with two small children while at least 10 other families came after us and left before us. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Never go to this garage. I book this garage on the app bestparking for 4 hours today from 6:45pm - 10:45pm for $23 for total. When I leave at 9:30pam, they charged me $47! Even considering $15 oversized charge they listed on the app, they overcharged me $9 and they insisted that the price they listed on the bestparking app is not possible! A company of liars!

Would not accept cybertruck parking. Prepaid with my year make and model without any issue.
