From the very beginning, Phil meticulously worked through all the details—taking the time to explain all options and ensuring I was comfortable with every decision. They kept me consistently informed about permit approvals and the project timeline, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We just recently worked with The Remodeling Authority on a pretty in depth project for our new house, and we are extremely pleased with the work and service provided! We had the opportunity to work with Taylor as our GC and lead on the project, and he was great. We felt that he went above and beyond to make our house special in a lot of ways and we would highly recommend working with them for any projects, especially large scale! We had them build a custom closet in our primary bedroom, remodel bathrooms, replace all flooring throughout the house, remodel closets, and a full new paint of the house. The Remodeling Authority remodeled our main bathroom. My house is old and the plumbing was deteriorated. The old stack had to be moved inside and plumbing updated. We had trouble finding a contractor who would do the work. The quality of the work was good. Good drywall skills. The workers were friendly and skilled. Very happy with bathroom which is small but now seems roomy.

I had an excellent time experience working with Mike Brown at The Remodeling Authority. He was honest about what needed to be done and took his time to explain the process. Every question was answered and he made sure the job was done to my standards. The crew did a fantastic cleanup at the end of the job.
