Recently used the Remodeling Company to replace my roof. I could not be happier with the final product. Everything was completed on time and I've yet to find a roofing nail! Chris was particularly helpful and responsive to all of my questions. He was quick to meet in person in the times that I needed it. I gladly offer my recommendation.

TRC's installers worked like a "well oiled machine", completing my re-roof, in a very timely manner. They are well organized and methodical on the installation and cleanup. All of their people are respectful of your requests and requirements. I would highly recommend using their services.

We met w the sales rep about vinyl siding. The sales rep, Chris, was very responsive, knowledgeable and nice. However, he made a grave error in pricing the project despite contacting the home office 2x - maybe 3x- while on the property with us. I suggested several times he work up the quote and send it to us in the morning. He did not. Our mistake was not signing on the spot to have a binding contract, which is what TRC policies encourage via on-the-spot discounting. About 2 hours later, Chris contacted us and apologized saying he made an error and the price is TRIPLE the quote. We contacted management to complain and suggest sales training and policy improvements. They committed to review and provide me with an update. It is 2 weeks without an update, which is fine. My advice is be wary

Quickly replaced my roof. Did a really good job.
