Prompt, courteous and efficient. I hired Jake to assemble a small animal cage for my two chinchillas. He did a great job and finished quickly. I will hire him again for any necessary repairs around my house.

When you make an appointment for work to be done, you show up on time and ready to accomplish the job agreed to. Taking multiple days to accomplish a single days' work does not leave a positive impression, especially when paying top dollar. Having a worker who is very competent is a big plus. Timelines and cost effectiveness are important to us homeowners.

I found "The Repair Guy" through my Google search, as I ONLY hire licensed and insured local companies with great reviews. I also needed one who worked on Saturdays. I had a bunch of tasks at my home. The owner, Jake, initially came over to look at everything and sent me a quote the following day. I thought the price was reasonable. I scheduled my appointment for a few days later and Brandon arrived on time. He was awesome! He worked a full day but needed an additional day to complete everything, as he didn't have a helper. He returned the following Saturday and got everything done. He was friendly, personable, professional and excellent in all areas. I am very pleased. Great company!
