The Rite Floors

I'll never ask Derrick of Rite Floors to install any form of flooring in our home again. You get you pay! He reassured me, that the planks would not lift and that's exactly what they're doing. He wouldn't respond to a text with a picture showing the plank that he had to come back and "tack" down after installation. If these planks continue to lift; this flooring will soon have to be replaced. One would think, a small business owner would take pride in their work. And, he was paid in cash!

The Rite Floors business owner is very honest hard working and reasonable. I had my old carpet removed and redo my hardwood floors. I am quite satisfied with his work and would highly recommend his service.

I am very pleased with my new hard wood floors and carpet installation. Derrick is a fair and honest businessman.

When your the owner of a small company some costumers try to take advantage of your company , as Mr Terrance Mckinney tried to do the matter was taken to court and ofcourse my company won and now Mr Mckinney is bitter ...we do excellent work and have been for over 45 years... Also that wasnt the first job ive done for MR McKinney but certainly the last ..

Straight up unprofessional and rude. It’s a shame I expect the best from black owned businesses.
