I’m very happy with my roofing experience. Derek took on a project that other roofers weren’t interested in. He knows how to work with insurance companies, and his client communication was excellent. I don’t believe that you really know how good a company’s customer service is until you see how they handle a problem. We did have a small problem with the roofing installation, and Derek handled it professionally. He fixed the problem and made sure I was happy with the result. I’d highly recommend this company.
