The Roof Guy replaced our roof for us. His crew is excellent. Very Professional. I hadn’t had a roof replaced by insurance in almost 30 years. I’m so thankful I talked to Rolando. He explained the current process of working thru the insurance company. He saved me a lot of money, time and I’m sure aggravation. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and at the time he said he was going to. He was patient with us as we picked our new shingle color. The Roofing Guy. Roof guy came out 6 mo ago, showed him what we wanted and he took the job. Told me he would keep in touch regarding having to order and should take a few weeks. We'll that few weeks turned into on this date NEVER SHOWED UP!!! I called every few weeks to check in. He put me off everytime, lied to me about my order. Thankfully no deposit was taken!!! TAKE HEED!!! I had Firefighters Roofing take the job. The same product ordered, color I needed was there, took 3 weeks total. Excellent job and professional!!
