Our overall experience with “The Roof Guys” was seamless as well as professional. Beginning with Geoffrey, our Sales Consultant, Geoffrey helped us work out the best solutions for a roof replacement, solar tubes/fans and gutters. He was very knowledgeable and patient with going through a major project for us. Also, on the day of the roof installation, Geoffrey stopped by numerous times to check on the progress. The day before the project started, Abraham dropped off the dumpster and laid down a protection on our driveway that kept any possible damage from the dumpster. Early morning of the roof replacement, Connor, the Project Manager, introduced himself and provided details of the roof replacement procedure. Recently I got a quote from a gutter company to replace my gutters. They said there was a potential leak in my roof and I should have it inspected. I called The roof guys to have it assesed. They scheduled a tech for a free inspection. Conner showed up the next day. He was very profesional and thourogh. He showed me pictures he took on the roof in the area of question and explained that it was a gutter leak and not a roof leak. I highly reccomend The roof guys. They are honest, profesional and prompt.

The Roof Guys were recommended to me by my neighbor in The Villages. We both had damage after the last hurricane. I’ve used the Solar Guys, which is part of the same company, in the past for a number of products and have always thought of them as a first rate company. The Roof Guys did not disappoint. Issac was my repair person and found him to be professional, polite, knowledgeable, and punctual. He did an excellent repair and I cannot tell where the old shingles end and the new ones begin.
