The Rooter Guys Sewer, Plumbing & Drain

I want to give a five star shout out to Rooter Guys. Recently, I had all the drains and toilets, etc., backed up in a duplex I own and I needed to get it cleared right away. I called one of the companies with the word “Rooter” in their name and they came out and spent about 20 minutes, looking at the problem and called me and said they would need to do a water jet treatment and it would cost me $1800. While I was on the phone with them, I did a Google search and found out that water jet treatments should cost about $800, so I knew they were trying to rip me off. This was Friday at 6 PM so I tried another “Rooter” company: this time Rooter Guys. The Router Guys plumbing charged $1800 for a 3-hour job. When we protested, they claimed that $2000 was their flat rate and $1800 was a discount. My daughter was alone and without water. They took advantage of the situation. To add insult to injury, they even installed the new valve incorrectly.

Thank you once again Rooter Guys! I have used these guys 3 times now and will never go anywhere else! Ryan even called me a 1/2 hour before my appointment to let me know he is on his way, and on time! Honest, reliable and a fair price! As long as your in business Rooter Guys...you have my business!

I had my kitchen faucet replaced and then found a leak immediately after the tech left. The tech came back twice but failed to fix the leak or respond to my 10 or so voicemail messages, so I filed a complaint with the CSLB, which takes forever to resolve. The faucet was replaced near the end of January 2017, and The Rooter Guys never responded to the CLSB's judgement to pay me. Now I'm in the process of filing a claim with their bond company and trudging through that lengthy process. This has been very frustrating and I think the CSLB process is not very effective at getting contractors to do good work. If you look up The Rooter Guys on the CSLB's website, it looks like they are in compliance. If they are, then it is acceptable for contractors to do lousy work, not fix mistakes, not pay r
