I purchased a large and a small sewer camera from this store and the camera heads break every time it is used. This company has flawed technology. My equipment is broken more than is functional. I have a broken large camera that I was quoted $275.00 to repair and I was thinking, Man! These cameras break to often! Now to make matters worse, the small camera I had repaired a few months ago was simply being pushed down the sewer and the camera was working then suddenly the camera stopped working, so now both my large and my small sewer cameras are broken. Unless this company finds a way to redesign their products I would suggest that you don’t buy any equipment from them. I have left messages for the past 3 days trying to get service on a pipe raptor I purchased from you. Are your doors open? Does anyone review voicemails? I have also sent emails with no response. Whats going on???

Went with this company because from my understanding was that the heads are interchangeable. So i spent $3700. The head with that line is too big to fit in the washer drains, so then I purchased the mini head ($1200). To my surprise they are not interchangeable. I would have to rewire everything. So the only reason I went with this company in the first place was not worth it. And they will not take the return. So now I am out of $1,200. I would not recommend using this company. Recommend going else where.

We purchased one of their cameras, then made the mistake of having them retrofit an existing camera that we had. After months of waiting and investing over $2000 and having to have it shipped back twice because it did not work properly this process took over a year thank goodness that we have multiple cameras. They have an excuse for everything we will never in May I repeat never do business with this company again with that type of customer service I don't know how the warranty will ever stand up the time good luck, this is a typical buyer beware situation.

CUSTOMER BEWARE: This business received a Goldak leak detector from us back in 2017. They were paid for the repair and they NEVER returned the equipment to us. When we didn't hear from them for a while we figured that they were still repairing the equipment. A few months later they told us that the equipment was abandoned and they sent it to their manufacturer. Odd, so we told them to return the leak detector to us and they said that it was too late. Of course they claim that they tried to reach us many times to pick up the tool, but somehow they were unable to get a hold of us? REALLY? We manage a 24/7 business there is no way anyone cannot get a hold us us, impossible. The owner is not very pleasant to deal with, told me that they don't babysit their customers.
