Had a really negative experience with the shade store We originally had blinds from restoration hardware which broke after many years . We ordered blinds from the shade store in a light gray velvet. We payed a ton of money for the blinds . When received the blinds have small little dots all the way across . We called and let them know and they replaced them with the exact exact same issue After back and forth emailing I was told that this fabric is light and it’s just the way it is . After months of emails I finally received a reply saying basically I need to pay for a better quality blind Over 3000$ spent and then to be told we need to pay for a better quality and thickness This place is really not worth the money and the customer service is below average

I recently purchased a large window shade for my picture window from The Shade Store. The quality, installation and coverage worked out perfectly. We love our new roll down shades. Shannon at The Shade Store made our ordering and scheduling process super easy and kept us informed along the way. The installation was quick and the final product looks great! Although The Shade Store can be pricey, we could not be happier and believe that the quality service and product was worth every penny.

Amy Doelp is the associate who assisted us in replacing all blinds in our home with new motorized shades. She went above and beyond to help us select appropriate shades--color/textures. She gave us numerous samples to take home to test for various lighting conditions. When it came time to purchase, she handled all the details--even helped us work through the totally unexpected credit card complications we experienced with our bank and credit union. The shades were delivered on time and the installation crew was incredible. There was one shortcoming; one of the valances came without the end caps. This didn't impact the operation of the shades, but Amy took it upon herself to correct the issue. Within a few days we had a new shipment--not just the end caps, but a whole new valance! W

The sales associate, Amy Doelp in Laguna Niguel, CA was lovely to work with and she listened carefully to what I wanted and provided me with the perfect amount of samples to choose from. After I picked my blinds, she followed up to explain next steps and made sure that all my questions were answered. Installer, Seyed Omid Rahnamaie adjusted each blind to make sure that they were exactly level and did a final walk-through with me to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I highly recommend the shade store for the best selection of high-quality materials and friendly and knowledgeable sales and service teams.
