Towne Park damaged my car with the valet at the Canopy hotel. They parked my SUV in a garage that was too low and damaged my roof rack. It’s been over one month of no calling back, no claims, ignoring all emails and phone calls. Mel the manager was slightly helpful, but only responded to text with no action. I’m forced now to go through the police and my insurance company. The photo shows their employee photographing my damage. Total nightmare of accountability. I am so disappointed in the lack of follow up after their careless actions.

DO NOT PARK HERE. I pay $235 per month to park here and want to warn others to find other garages. This is the recommended garage for FranklinTower residents. Do not park here. I cannot say it enough. This garage is under construction and it's like parking in one of the circles of hell. Active, loud, messy construction is happening all around you, the ceiling is open, there is dirty standing water that will leave your shoes and clothes muddy since you have to walk through it, areas are flooded, cars are chaotically parked anywhere blocking you from turning or pulling out. Cars get completely covered in rust/construction debris from the OPEN CEILING and dripping pipes. I’ve never seen such a disgusting and horrible location that is accessible to paying customers.

I was witness to one of the most stressful job situations I had ever seen at the philadelphia hotel 201. Their valet parking situation is a nightmare, an impossible set up to manage for its parking volume. Towne park valet parking employees managed a horrific 2+hour rush with hustle and composure that is extremely rare for such stressful conditions. There boss worked along side all of them. Nothing goes without a crisis, and in the face of an unfortunate situation, they all continued to serve the volume as best they could. A situation I would have crumbled under. Everyone of those working maintained graciousness and attentiveness to all that were waiting for cars or dropping them off. Again, their composure was remarkable.

This is the worst valet service ever. Do not park with towne. There employees are lazy and slow. I waited 20 mins after my car was called in
