Juan and his team were fantastic. Once they got started it only took 6 1/2 weeks from start to finish to renovate our master bathroom. We even moved plumbing around plus added and removed walls. Juan was very easy to communicate with and reliable. His team knew what they were doing when they arrived and did great work. Our new bathroom is BEAUTIFUL! We loved being able to go to the showroom to pick out our tile and see different styles of showers. We could not have asked for a better experience.

I had a pipe bust in the wall that affected several areas in my home. Drywall had to be torn out in some areas, & carpet in several areas pulled up, also. I was referred to Mr. Juan Adams by a long-time family friend & my experience from beginning to end was amazing. From the time I contacted Juan, he was very knowledgeable, informative, & communicative (which is all EXTREMELY important to me) & quickly set an appt. to come by. Upon completing a walk-through, I received a quote in a few days. Juan worked with my insurance company to assure things ran smoothly throughout my whole process. He listened to my concerns, thoughts, & ideas. DISCLAIMER: At the time of this review (Sept 2023), my project is still in the planning stages, which is the only reason I’m giving 4 stars. I don’t doubt that I’ll be editing this review to give the 5th star once my bathroom is done in November. I submitted a request for pricing through The Shower Pros website late on a Friday evening. On Tuesday morning, I got a call/voicemail from Juan Adams, and a follow up email asking if I was still interested in their services. Less than 3 hours after I’d confirmed that, yes, I was certainly still interested, I had a full, all-encompassing quote in my inbox. Granted, I’d submitted quite a few “as-is” photos with my original request for pricing, which helps on the quoting accuracy, but these guys do this work EVERY. DAY. They know their stuff. Not

We used this company to renovate both bathrooms in our house and were very happy with the entire experience! Juan was amazing to work with, and did a great job of walking us through the whole process which included removing old features and tile, and replacing the tubs, shower head, tile work, and doing some drywall work. I would absolutely recommend this company!

Juan Adams is a consummate professional. He and his staff/subs were extraordinarily talented, polite and professional. They are dependable, stand by their work and if Juan says he is going to do something, he does it without exception. It was a pleasure to work with him and his team, and I will absolutely be a return customer.
