The Shutter Man

DO NOT USE this company they have "God" in their name but they are misrepresenting themselves and posting the below sticker on work that they never completed This is completely criminal. They put the sticker on my property on my shutters that "Taurus" shutters completed.

DO NOT EMPLOY THIS MAN. I made and appointment with James, he did not keep the appointment. He never called to cancel or reschedule but because of Covid and my desire to use a Black owned business I made and exception and let him come to my house 2 weeks later. He “fixed” the shutter on a Wednesday and told me to call him if I had any problems. by Friday the shutter was no longer working. I installed a new battery and called him for a MONTH. He finally came, told me it was a battery problem, and he would return once his battery was charged. It’s been 3 days He has yet to return, and he left my battery charger detached from the wall. The job is undone, and I am worse off than I was before he came. And he did not wear a mask!

James was very professional and knew exactly what to do to fix my shutter problem. He was quick, brought all the necessary parts and tools to get the shutters functioning again. I would recommend his service to anyone that has shutter problems.

I reached out to James and immediately he knew exactly what my problem with my shutter remote was. Once we agreed on the best time to come by, he was punctual and installed a replacement button. Did the job quickly and adequately. Shutters working as expected and I am grateful!!

None responsive and deceptive. We paid $250 for a remote control for our shutter and it did not work. After several calls to owner, he finally answered and scheduled an appoint to come back to our home. Owner did not show up or call. Poor business practice!!!
