Got my car back with a huge scratch in the front, when I was trying to talk to them about it on the phone the guy hung up on me. They were also rude when speaking to me. Do not go here to park your car!

Do not use this garage if booking with Spothero. As soon as I arrived, they told me that the Spothero reservation is only part of the price and that I would have to pay more if I wanted to be able to leave with my car when I returned. I did not have an oversized vehicle and I did not arrive early - they simply saw my reservation and wanted more money. Very deceptive and unsettling. I found a different garage with Spothero's help.

Generous sized apartments. They are renovating now between tenants so you can get an apartment with new kitchen appliances and new floors. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice fitness center and adequate number of laundry machines. Glenbrook (management company) is a class act.

Horrible experience leaving my car here today and they did not honor early bird pricing! FIND ANOTHER GARAGE. The attendants are rude and unhelpful. Charles the supervisor has no customer service skills whatsoever. Definitely would not recommend parking here. They lost a customer today.

Super convenient, especially for wheelchair situations. They have big new Stryker chairs by the door for anyone who needs one. No hassle for I.D. or returning to same spot or specific time. All the attendants are helpful and recognized me after 2 or 3 visits. A little grease gets you out a bit quicker, but not much. The only problem is, for a hospital, with virtually no alternative (especially if anyone has mobility issues) it is pretty expensive, especially if you are in an extended number of visits kind of mode. NYC, nature of the beast.
