Marcus was quick to come look at our sprinkler issues. The issue ended up being much more serious/expensive than originally anticipated due to a prior company doing a poor wiring job. Rather than being a pushy salesman, he was very respectful of our budget and gave us a very reasonable quote despite the extensive work required. This is an honest company that doesn’t nickel and dime for everything. We will definitely be using The Sprinkler Specialist of Dallas for all of our sprinkler needs going forward given their honesty and quality of work.

I have used Marcus' service twice. Once to replace the control box and once to fix a leak. He showed me exactly how to use the new controls which was very helpful. Also said to call if I had any further questions on how to use it. When fixing the leak he dug up the smallest amount of lawn possible. Very small hole! Easy to schedule with him and the work is done quickly and very well. His pricing is very fair. Highly recommend.

I paid $325 for this company to repair a leak at the selenoid valve for zone 1 of my sprinkler system. After one week I noticed that the ground was still soggy around that same valve. I called them and he said there might be a secondary leak at that same exact location! For $325 for a little over an hours work and to still have a leak at that exact same location is unacceptable.

Great service, two guys charged by the 1/2 hour and were super efficient, would have taken me 10 hours and 3 trips to HD for all work done, finished under 2 hrs, showed up on time. Will use them and recommend them going forward.
