The Sprinkler Squad

Contacted the Squad online for the first time after another contractor failed to keep us up to date on getting winterization done. Communication on scheduling and execution was great. Work was done quickly, on time, and per quoted (and very fair) price. I will definitely be using them for Spring startup and repairs.

BEWARE of BAIT & SWITCH Billing. I was quoted one price then charged another. When I called this out after they finished, originally Taylor said something about other sprinkler businesses charging more than them; (one of the reasons I went with them was their cheaper price), then he said it was because it took an extra 15-20 minutes to connect inside my basement to blow out my sprinkler system. I reminded him I walked with him in my basement and it took less than 4 minutes to walk into my basement and connect. Then, he said he would refund the over charge. After 2 calls to the front office and almost a week later,-I was finally refunded my over payment. I despise BAIT & SWITCH tactics and will NOT be using Sprinkler Squad ever again!

Originally when I used this company they were great but this past year I have had nothing but issues. They were supposed to come out and set up my system in May but weather delayed it. When they did, they found a mechanical issue that they had to order a part for. I had to call them back to get them to come back out and set up a window which they never showed up for. I had to call them again and they stated the part hadn’t come in and they forgot to cancel my window. They said it would be in the next week and then I never heard from them again. I’m still getting emails generic but saying hope your lawn is looking good. I wish they had better follow through

I had to use another company this year for my sprinkler startup as my regular guy was busy. I chose The Sprinkler Squad and they were amazing.. From the easy scheduling to the friendly technicians, I was super impressed. Their prices are very reasonable too. Kudos to Chris and Tommy for going above and beyond to fix my sprinkler system. You have a new customer, and I appreciate all your hard work!

Initially had Sprinkler Squad come and turn on my sprinkler system and do a diagnostic on seasonal damage to the system. The team completed the work quickly and identify small, needed repairs. When they returned to do the repairs, they reconnected a portion of the sprinkler system that I was unaware the previous company had disconnected last year and has continued helping me with collecting documentation for filing a claim due to recent construction damage to my system. Phenomenal team and highly recommend
