A more appropriate title would be “professional craftsman” for the work he did for us. David installed two attic access ladders that I needed in my garage and house. He handles all, arrives on-time, reviews project with you, discusses options, sends a sharp, professional proposal document, handles ordering items, and for us, did the installs in one day. Very hard worker! And treats it like his home … lays out clean tarps, uses covers for his shoes, meticulous clean up, and great attention to details. I am very picky and observant of those items … I spent nearly 28-yrs flying and am always watchful of work and tool processes. David is squared away and a great call for projects too big for yourself to tackle, or projects you may not be skilled enough in. Highly recommended!

David did a very professional job installing an aluminum ladder and sub-flooring for garage attic. The project was completed in a timely manner and very happy with the outcome. This has added needed additional storage. I was mostly impressed with his communication throughout the process, attention to detail and the cleanliness of the workspace upon completion.
