The Sutphin Parking Garage

The employees never know the correct pricing. One day the pricing to park overnight is $20, today it’s $70 no no no actually $35. Idk if this man was still in REM sleep cause i had to knock on the window to wake him up, but please management train your employees to know the exact pricing. Then when i asked about the daily specials, it’s still $20. Now someone please explain to me does that makes sense? You want to charge crazy amounts like $300 dollars for monthly parking how about to get your front desk workers together with that money. Absolutely worthless.

No spaces available when we arrived having pre paid. Had to rush to find somewhere else before a flight. One way garage so if a car drives behind you, you’re stuck. Cars parked all over the place makes it difficult to make the turns. Will be expecting a refund

The most stressful parking structure that can exist. The spot and driveway is so narrow and extremely inconvenient. I would never park here ever again!

Sutphin Parking Garage now is a brand new Entire Big Luxury Apartment building with all kinds of new amenities Like Gym ,art room ,pets spa ,laundry,rooftopprivate in the building,auto parking need some new up date with the entire front off the Sutphin Boulevard Side between 94th & 95th Ave .
