Randall did an awesome job! I could tell he really cared about my project and he spent a lot of extra time and effort trying to make sure that the tile on our built-ins matched the existing tile. He worked quickly and expertly. He was patient with me while I took some time to decide where exactly I wanted the tile to stop and start, and he was very accommodating when I asked if he could add additional tile in a spot we had not originally talked about. Overall, it was a pleasure working with him, and we will definitely be calling him again for our future projects! It turned out great, thanks Randall!

If you read some of the other reviews you’ll see a theme…I’m here to say in my experience I agree…he is a skilled craftsman, focused, hardworking, organized, methodical, thoughtful, respectful, collaborative, has a great design eye, and patient. He cleans every morning and evening. He communicated every step of the way so you knew what was happening and what remained. He is meticulous!! Our shower niche is so beautiful. And did you know he is certified AND trains tilers cause he’s that good. He’s also a good human and pleasure to have in your home. I can’t say enough good things. You will not regret having him do any work for you. The difference btw him and other subs I’ve hired…he’s like a surgeon working with a scalpel while others are using a dull cleaver. Randall is very professional and exceeded our expectation. He tiled our master bath, two other showers and kitchen back splash and they are beautiful! He cares about the end product and the way we, as the customer, will feel about the tile work when it’s all done. His communication throughout the project was excellent. His attention to detail showed he is a true craftsman that you don’t always see anymore! We would hire him again for any tile project.
