I had a BEYOND FABULOUS experience with the Dallas location, particularly Catherine Grider as well as Ryan Manners with the Durant, Oklahoma distribution office. I had paid for tile with the Southlake office but when it was time to actually pick my tiles up I was told the order had not processed. I explained the situation to Catherine and in a mere COUPLE of hours received a call from Catherine that my tiles were being delivered TO MY HOME that very same day. This level of customer service from Catherine and Ryan is BEYOND EXEMPLARY and truly nothing like I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend working with Catherine at the tile shop for any of your future tile needs!! I always have a great experience at The Tile Shop on LBJ. As a designer, I am there quite often and they are always so helpful with whatever I need. Recently, I was looking for tile for my own bathroom. For some reason, it’s always more challenging to do my own house. Cullen helped me with my tile choices. He was so good at knowing what tile choices they had, putting them together, and figuring out what I liked. Cullen has helped me out so much with other projects as well. Not just with the choices, but also the logistics of getting orders correct, picking grout colors for me quickly, and remembering everything I might need for an order.

Good service from the vendor. Very unfortunate situation with Brian on dispatch. Called on a Monday to pay my client’s order, Brian took the payment over the phone, said I can pick it up Wednesday at 7:am, Showed up on Thursday to pick up and order is not ready. When I started showing my frustration he asked me to be professional??? Lucky us the manager stepped in, found us tile from another returned order and partially resolved the issue. If you have a very rigid schedule to follow, make sure to confirm delivery dates with them, maybe even ask for it in writing, so Brian will not try to blame you for his errors. As American poet Nikki Giovanni wisely observed, "Mistakes are a fact of life. It is the response to error that counts."
