The Tile Shop

After shopping for tile for a month at a different competitor tile shop, trying to make selections work but not quite getting what I wanted, I called the Lombard Tile Shop location as a last ditch effort to see their offerings. I was so fortunate that Kris took my call & offered to help me! Kris listened to what I wanted (over the phone!), and sent over possible tile combinations for my review while I was at work that day! His eye for detail & recommendations were ‘spot on’ for our project. He went out of his way to ensure that we had all the tile we needed (from the proper lots) delivered from multiple stores the very next day to our home as the contractor was due to install the tile. Kolleen is great. She listened to our needs and helped us find the right tile--even though I purchased the black tile from another store--she didn't push a Tile Shop similar option. We were directed to go to the Tile Shop in Lombard by our Contractor as they have had great interactions with that team for a long time. We got connected with Kyle B there, and we could not be happier with the experience and the results. We redid both the Master bath and the Kids Bathroom. Kyle expertly guided two overwhelmed first time remodelers through picking out bath tile as well as floor tile for both rooms. Needless to say the result is amazing. Thanks Kyle!!

At my feelings the way I am, I will never shop there again. They don't know how to do business. And they lie, they told me my tile was there. 3 pieces were broken. They had one box left. And I went there into a 7 pieces broken, and you think they would have gave them to me for free. And say here take Em if you use Em, you use Em. If you don't, you don't, but that didn't happen, they're too cheap, it looks like they got stuck in the company. The people that worked there so they're trying to make all their money. They can
