I had such a great experience working with Brisa during my remodel. I gave her my initial thoughts and she was able to pull together my vision. I’m so happy with the finished product!

Our experience at The Tile Shop? Wonderful. Amazing. Encouraging. The vast selection was unlike any other tile store we shopped. The staff really took a personal interest in our design ideas and were extremely patient as we hunted aisles looking for the perfect blend of tiles for our shower remodels. Tayla is the best! She kept me up-to-date on deliveries and always responded quickly. Wow. :)

Maren was top notch! We had been to countless tile places over the last several months trying to figure out what we wanted to do and within 10 minutes of walking through the door she had us pointed in the right direction and we found the tile we've been looking for... for seemingly forever! She has an awesome eye for design. On top of that, they were having a promotion with free shipping since we live several hours from the valley. Absolute wonderful experience from start to finish! Buyer Beware!! If you are going to buy tile, you should go to Floor & Decor, Arizona Tile, Home Depot, or any other location other than The Tile Shop. I was remodeling a shower and purchased some tile from the location on 32nd & Indian School. The Sales Associate encouraged for me to purchase more tile than needed, but said I could take back leftover for a refund. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE. When I returned the tile, they said the 60-day return date has passed and would not provide a refund, or even a store credit. I purchased tile the same time from Floor & Decor and when I went to return the leftovers, they immediately refunded me for the unused tile. What a scam...I feel like I was lied to and out $150!

I had such an amazing experience working with Tayla! After going to multiple stores, trying to find the right tile and pairing, Tayla managed to help me find the perfect tile in no time at all! Not to mention, she was a LIFE SAVER and helped me get all my tile in time for my contractor to start their work the next day! Tayla was so kind, helpful, and communicative. 10/10 would shop here again😊
