I had such a wonderful experience at The Tile Shop today! It was my first time visiting the store—and my first time tackling a bathroom rebuild—so I walked in feeling a bit nervous. That changed the moment Carmen greeted me with her warm, welcoming personality. She immediately put me at ease. Carmen took the time to walk me through their stunning selection of backsplashes, decorative tiles, and flooring. I was truly blown away by the variety! She helped me make sense of all the options and tied everything together perfectly—right down to the grout. Her expertise and passion for what she does really shine through. I’m so excited to see our new backsplash installed and highly recommend The Tile Shop in Round Rock—especially if you get the chance to work with Carmen!

I came into The Tile Shop with only a couple of inspo pics and absolutely no direction, until Kaylin came in and saved the day. She set up a visual board to help me see my vision, showed me grout colors, and found me the most incredible backsplash and shower tiles! She is so friendly, super knowledgeable and is legitimately one of the best sales people I've ever encountered. I came in feeling stressed and left feeling confident and excited about my project. I can't recommend Kaylin enough!

I just completed a master bath remodel. I came to the Tile Shop at the suggestion of my contractor. I had a couple samples from a discount place but was not happy with what I had. Justin Powers met me at the door and took control of my tile selection. It did not take him long to fully understand my taste and budget and we pulled together a complete tile package for the project. His suggestions have been spot on and I will look to him on future projects.
