One bad experience after another. Nearly every time that Tustin visits our commercial building, we then need to call our roofing company to have multiple punctures repaired. This most recent visit resulted in 9 punctures to the roof. Other short falls that we have experienced. Most recently we got a PM service on two rooftop HVAC units. Within days, BOTH units were in need of major repairs as they completely stopped working. I suspected they were left in "service" mode somehow when they stopped providing cold air, but sadly I was told they needed major repairs and replacement - of both units!
